I mentioned this in the other thread, and although the originals were all released in English, the compilation port of the first three Wizardry games for the Sega Saturn was a Japanese exclusive.

Wizardry: Llylgamyn Saga let the players change the majority of the text to English. This port allows you to play the first three Wizardry games and move your characters between scenarios, so it does have advantages over many of the English ports of these games.

Only problem is that doing so would also have the game censored the same way it was when it was brought to America - with all the blood gone. Well, not gone: all the characters inexplicably bleed milk now.
This sounds like it would have unfortunate implications.

I think Deep Fear came out in the UK, didn't it? Also, albeit rare, it also came out in the US as a very limited release on Lost & Found Volume 3.

A list would be very cool  No rush of course.

I really wish Metal Wolf Chaos was released outside of Japan, alas it was too American to be released in America xD.

I think a list of arcade ports without English text would be easier to compile really.
