Ocean Palace is right after you fight the guy with the hands that heals the head you were playing them a few days ago

how many hours have you logged dsheinem? I'm 8+ in my game, though I've bounced around to other games too as you know. Kind of curious what a normal playthrough tends to take? I must say, I really like Chrono Trigger -- but it's far from being a favorite 16bit RPG to me. I don't know. I guess there's a lot of things I really like about it, but then there's things that just don't do it for me. I feel like it's VERY GOOD but not this amazing, earth-shattering game I always heard it was supposed to be.

yeah I'm sure it was. I don't know. I'm not complaining. Like I said, I like it. I just haven't quite fallen for it yet. This might be hilarious, but I think I genuinely hated the cavegirl so much, and hated the writing in those 600 BC parts of the game so much that it kind of killed the momentum for me. I like the Frog stuff a lot though. Was the English localization the same across the board for all ports of the game, or was the cavegirl less annoying in another version?

I am about 17 or 18 hours in, but haven't played in a few days. I think it will take me close to 25. It keeps getting better, I assure you. You've basically seen the first act and maybe some of the second. There's much less caveman stuff later too.

is there a way that I could just murder all the cavemen, or would that stir up some Butterfly Effect shit and leave me with spoons for hands?
