I just wish Sony would get their heads outta their asses and bring back backwards compatibility on their new PS3's.
At least they could cut out the option to make a PS2 memory card on the harddrive and stop teasing us for not having a backwards compatible model!

sadly, probably not in the US. I agree. But the Japanese PSP scene is amazing. I hope to continue to have a few years of imports to look forward to if PSP completely dies here.

I honestly hope the PSP "dies" here soon. Then it will be more within my preferred price range :D

are you serious? There seems to always be a system selling in the BST for under $100 and they games are probably the cheapest current gen library to collect right now.

you can get a gamecube for around $25, I don't think any console is that cheap.

Even if it does die, it probably won't become quite that dirt cheap for a long time. Depending on the games you want for it though, what you pay for the system, you save on PSP remakes over buying original versions (Valkyrie Profile, Star Oceans, Castlevanias, etc).

Persona also comes to mind. Much cheaper.

Not to mention, you get games that werent released here. Like star ocean first departure and persona 2 innocent sin
