I doubt that'll happen, probably they'll focus more on the 3rd Strike remake (which I saw some screenshots and it sucks) but if they do I hope they add Charlie!

Elena and Rolento. They'd be sufficiently different from any other characters on the roster currently, and would actually make me (and many others I know of) very excited.

Oh, wait a sec - that's the exact opposite of what Capcom does. If they add two more characters, it's going to be Juli and Juni.
