You get to keep all free themes and avatars forever. Infact, you will be told if content will expire before you can add it to your cart.

There's an irony there, given all the issues Sega had in the tail end of its hardware career and all of Sony's current problems

Stardust is the gaming equivalent of crack. Excellent choice.

Are they offering the PS 3 version of LBP too? That's gonna be a tough choice. LBP, the Zombie game and Infamous all have my interest

Yes I believe so. Choose inFamous and LBP. Dead Island can wait.

Keep in mind that if you wait on LBP and Infamous, you'll likely be able to pick them up for dirt cheap. They're giving them away for free to every PSN member for Christ's sake - if that doesn't make the used value drop in a huge way, I don't know what will.

I'm a bit uncertain about LittleBigPlanet. Everyone keeps talking about the level creation tools, which is great. However, when I get a new game I want something to be there for me to play, not just be handed a bunch of tools for me to MAKE stuff for me to play

Is the game's story mode worth it?

Yes, the story mode is plenty fun all on its own.

And even if it weren't, there's hundreds of thousands of stages out there being shared amongst the community. Even so, I enjoyed the original levels more than any of the user-shared content (although there was some good stuff out there).
