Cartridge scan request - Megaman zero 4

Hey, i recently picked up a copy of megaman zero 4, but the label was in terrible condition, and i figured i could just print another label, but i've been having a hard time finding a scan of it.
Can anyone provide me one please?

edit: I just used the cover to make a label real quick.



It's not perfect, but it looks close to the original label. If you can't find some one to get an actual scan of the label for you, this will be better than nothing.

edit: I was just thinking, the GBA carts have the little tab above the label so you can remove the carts from a GBA. This means it wont lay flat on the scan bed, which means you wont be able to get a perfect scan of the label.
