I'd love to pre order L.A. Niore for my girlfriend, but I don't know where I ought to pre order it at. I hate Game Stop and don't want to give them any money. Where should I pre order? I've actually never pre ordered before, so I'm not entirely sure where I should shop!
Thanks in advance for any advice/help.

If you can wait about a month after the release date, warehouse stores such as Costco usually have new games for around five bucks cheaper. If you are really patient, a year later the preorder game drops down to half price at most retailers.

Amazon can't be beat really.
Sometimes they offer new games cheaper than $60, they often have unique pre-order bonuses, they ship for free (assuming your purchase is over $40, and it is if you're buying a new game), and they offer $10, $15, and $20 credit towards future video game purchases a lot.
L.A. Noire has a $15 credit going on.

I've done their release date shipping as well a few times in the past and got games earlier than when they hit shelves (just by a day or so). Pretty awesome.brunoafh wrote:Amazon can't be beat really.

I'm pre-ordering my copy on Amazon with the $15 gaming credit which is a nice bonus plus all DLC content will be available later anyways.

Amazon is usually best, and Walmart isn't bad either. They often take $10 off the price of the game in the form of a gift card if you pre-order it.
