I don't believe that people simply don't desire sex. I am sure everyone and almost everything does for whatever reason, but we all deal with it differently. Sure there are people that want it all the time and other people who rarely care about it, but I think something is wrong with you if you never have sexual urges. See: hormones and etc

I have some friends who are asexual, and not even the slightest bit worse off for it. Some of them are a bit eccentric, but all of them get along in life just fine and have no other particularly unusual traits to speak of. You wouldn't even know there was anything different about them unless sexuality somehow came up in conversation, and there's clearly nothing "wrong" with them. That part of their psyche just happens to be wired differently.

The irony is that even though I don't sound like it, this is wrong. I've said no to stupid girls that have hit on me, even though they were really hot, cause I can't stand stupid people.

I've also said no to girls who were being mean to others, cause of my ethics about the quality of the soul of the woman I'm banging. I've also never had sex with a girl so drunk she doesn't understand what is happening. I also never cheated on my ex, even though I had the chance and even though at the time we really weren't doing good as a couple. And some other stuff that gets a bit more personal.

But the thing is, I DO feel those urges. All the time. I fight them when it makes sense to. But the rest of the time I find it healthy to follow their whims.
