Yes, they get a link directly to the file, no signing in and no Wait 30 seconds stuff. You just click the link and the file takes off.

I use https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/ for my image hosting for the stuff I post here. Granted I was making small MP3 files for the name that game contest, but I still post a number of pictures all the time. I think I had put $5 or $10 a few years back and I finally had to add some funds in December or something.
