NO way. That's the name of a Simpson's character, believe me, I know my TV.

You're thinking of Charles Montgomery Burns. The Simpsons has several characters who share names with cities, such as Jebediah Springfield, Shelbyville Manhattan, Jasper Beardly, Elizabeth Hoover, Boobarella, Rachel Jordan, Nick Riviera, and Allison Taylor, to name a few.

God I love the city of Boobarella.

Why the hell would a non-American want or need to locate every US state on the map? It's so damn irrelevant.

I can locate every Canadian and British province on the map. Just because it's irrelevant doesn't mean people aren't going to know that stuff.

Good for you, but that's really irrelevant to a non-American, really. I might as well ask you to name the 26 Brazilian states. Who cares, right?
