I love old cars -

Indeed! When the time comes, I hope to get like an early 80s Toyota Corona (the car before the Camry) or a Prelude like dakinggamer's. I'm starting to fall in love with old Japanese cars, there's just something about 'em I can't seem to put my finger on...

They're light as can be, sleek and exude an industrial style you just don't see anymore. Check out how old Civic Wagons like mine can look like when lightly restored and well maintained:



If you go for a Prelude try for an 88-91, the sexiest of the bunch in my opinion and parts are all Honda standard and common as can be.

I drive my beat up hombre to deliver pizzas all day. When I am driving for fun I wanna look and feel like a pimp. Eventually, I want to make make my caddy hilariously pimp. It is gold so I think I want to put a small lcd screen and gold n64 in the trunk. I can't ride dirty in that thing though cause cops would think I am a pimp.

If im lucky my first car will be a 95 (maybe 94) Pontiac Grand Prix Sedan, with a barely functional gear shifter and turn signals. Good car though, only broke down once since my dad bought it ten years ago

God the 80s were bad for car design. I do like preludes, 928s, sciroccos, and the 280zx. And corvettes have looked basically the same since 1982 so those hold up alright.

Fixed that for ya. The C2 and C3 Stingrays looked the best IMHO.

Anyway, uhh. Gas milage. I've only gone 40-50 miles since filling up so I can't post anything else on topic.

Pretty much all cars from the 80's are ugly as sin. I'm not a fan of Jap cars either. They all look like rental cars to me.

I also kinda like fieros.

And the stingrays were the best looking covettes imo. I don't think any of them are necessarily ugly, but if they are I think it probably has to do with how dated they've become.
