Oh yeah, I totally forgot about Ghouls 'n Ghosts! Also, the Ooze is a great one!
I also forgot about Ghostbusters!

I plan to expand my Sega collection with "newer" consoles as well, in the future!
So any horror themed game on any Sega console, regardless of region! :)
Sure. Here's a few off the top of my head:

Sega Saturn

D
Dark Seed
Dark Seed II
Deep Fear
Resident Evil

Dreamcast

Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare
Blue Stinger
Carrier
D2
Dino Crisis
Evil Dead: Hail to the King
Illbleed
Nanatsu no Hikan: Senritsu no Bishou
Resident Evil 2
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
Resident Evil: Code Veronica
The Ring: Terror's Realm

Now if you want horror-themed, there's also always things like Castlevania: Symphony of the Night or Corpse Killer.
They released Symphony of the night for DC? Or did you mean Resurrection?

Wow, thanks guys! Keep 'em coming, if you know of any! :)
I own pretty much all the games we've listed for the Master System and Mega drive, just a few non-rare ones I haven't bought yet...

No, SOTN was released in Japan for the Saturn though.

How about some Zombies Ate My Neighbors? That game is awesome.

Seems like a fairly obvious choice, and it's more humor based than horror based, but it's certainly horror themed, and a ton of fun.

Ah, sorry about that. Symphony of the Night and Corpse Killer were both Sega Saturn releases.

Sega CD

Bram Stoker's Dracula
Corpse Killer
Dracula Unleashed
Mansion of Hidden Souls
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein
Night Trap
Wolfchild (debatable...you do turn into a pseudo-werewolf)

Sega 32X

Corpse Killer
Doom (also debatable)

Sega Saturn

Alien Trilogy
Alone in the Dark 2
Creature Shock
Crypt Killer
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers
Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster
Hexen (debatable, as it's more a dark fantasy)
The House of the Dead
Killing Time
Lunacy
Mansion of Hidden Souls
Mr. Bones
Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge
Phantasmagoria
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoners
Skeleton Warriors
The Unsolved (maybe...don't have much info, but it involves bizarre murders)
Vampire Savior

I have at least one repeat on here from things you previously listed, but I wasn't sure if you'd be interested in each port.

Anyway, the level of horror influence and elements is variable throughout this list, with some merely borrowing the themes while others actively attempt to scare the player. I didn't include anything I'd mentioned previously, so the two lists need to be combined. And it's certainly likely I've missed something.

Wow, thanks Ack! You've been most helpful!

Now I just need some breakfast and then I'll compile the first version of the list!
I would have liked to mark each game according to price and rarity but unfortunately that wouldn't be possible since it differs from country to country.
Pretty much all the games on this list is a rarity in Sweden and they'll go for more than a few bucks if they can be found at all. So I've got some importing to do!

But first I need to get a Saturn and a Dreamcast. I've got most of the games listed for Master System and Genesis, so I'll complete that collection first.
