It's not coming to the Wii? Damn! No Sonic for Inazuma.
I don't know that for sure, but at the end of the movie there was no Wii logo...

This ties in well with the rumor going around lately that the lack of Nintendo Wii games on the horizon might have to do with Nintendo releasing a successor system.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Last year at this time it was the exact same thing. Plus, the 3DS didn't stop Pokemon Black and White being released.

That Sonic trailer made me giggle like a school girl.

I'm not a hater of new Sonic, but seeing classic Sonic pop up there was simply awesome.

Can't wait for this game.

Thanks for posting the trailer Zero, I had no idea it had been released.

I really liked Sonic 4...

Sonic was better when it was less defined and more simple in general. The more story and characters and specifics Sega puts into a Sonic game, the worse the game is. I mean, look at Sonic 2, which had a paper thin 3 or 4 paragraph story you could only find in the manual, and controls so simple a 5 year old could play it. Then look at Shadow the Hedgehog, which had way more story than I ever cared to know, and the gameplay was far less simple. A 5 year old could not play Shadow the Hedgehog. So yes, the black, simple eyes are better.

Yup, Knuckles should've been the last big new character or something. After that, they just went nuts with it and forgot who the series was about ... uh, Sonic.

I spent 4/6 of SA2 wishing I could be playing Sonic, or Shadow, who for gameplay purposes was Sonic with different textures loaded onto him. I don't want to play as the random citizens of Sonicville, I want to play Sonic.

i've been debating on whether or not i should play through every sonic game in order. i have all of the systems necessary to do so (minus the master system) so i wonder if it'd be worth it. i'm sure i'd be really pumped at the beginning of the quest and really bummed towards the end.
