2011 Movies:
Blades of Glory
The Darjeeling Limited
Robin Hood: Men in Tights *NEW*
Total: 3
Pretty damn funny. I'd expect no less from a Mel Brooks movie. If you're a fan of him or satire in general, Brooks' take on Robin Hood is gold.

Jazzy car chases are Jazzy, watch it and have fun. It's a really cool cop flick with some really badass style.BoringSupreez wrote:I keep meaning to see that movie for the first time, but I never have gotten to.OldSchool_Boy wrote:Bullitt

Yeah it has style but its also an interesting character piece for me. Steve Mcqueen as the title character is just so cold and it really made it stand out for me because of the polar opposite in a movie like 'The French Connection' where Gene Hackman's character is shown as a loud, obnoxious, and tunnel visioned when it comes to case. Here though Bullitt just sees the moves three steps ahead of everybody else and just acts cold on every step he takes. Definitely check it out.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:Jazzy car chases are Jazzy, watch it and have fun. Summer Wars 9/10
Such a fun heart warming movie. The grandmother totally reminds me of my friend's grandma.

I watched London Boulevard a few days ago. Stars Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley. Ending was depressing, but otherwise really enjoyed it. Not Keiras best work though (Ive been working through all her films over the past few months).

I saw the 1978 Superman movie last night. I t was good, but I wish it had gotten to the action faster. The first half of the movie was buildup, and I wanted to see Superman smashing up villains and stuff.

shawshank redemption
i always have heard this movie was great but never had an interest to watch it. hell, i never knew what it was even about. it was on this past weekend. the description stated something about an innocent man being put into a corrupt prison. i immediately thought of midnight express, which i thoroughly enjoyed - both the movie and book, and i recorded the sum bitch. finished watching it tonight. it definitely lived up to its greatness.
