Rushjet1, Psilodump, and 8-bit Weapon are a few chiptune artists that I listen to that haven't been listed by others here. Also Danny Baranowsky (the creator of music for Super Meat Boy, and Canabalt) has quite a bit of good stuff.

They're not exactly chiptunes artists, but there is a retro videogame vibe to some of Crystal Castles music. They're easy to recommend

I just got introduced to this artist called She. It's really great stuff. Freakin' excellent.

Not sure if this counts since it is just a remix of Zelda II music, but I think it's awesome.
