Re: Best 3DS launch games?
My mistake, Street Fighter has download play.
Last night I got to play most of the launch titles (sadly not Shadow Wars or Monkeyball). I think it is a very capable little system, but I am holding off for now. Once we get some hard dates down for titles I will buy one.

Might be best to wait until May when the machine is actually finished. There's a bunch of features missing such as web browser, shop channel, 3D movies, ability to message friends, and some others that I'm no doubt forgetting.fastbilly1 wrote:My mistake, Street Fighter has download play.

Re: Best 3DS launch games?
Netflix is the biggest draw for me.
Followed by Bomberman, Zelda, then Kid Icarus. Odds are we will get Zelda or Kid Icarus in the summer, and the other in the fall. I can see Nintendo releasing OOT3ds a month before Skyward Sword.

Re: Best 3DS launch games?
I've come to the conclusion that one shouldn't bother trying to surf the web on a console or handheld. The browser is never updated frequently or doesn't support certain features. I think you're better off sticking with the PC/Mac/Android/iPhone for browsing. This is based on my experience with the DSi XL, Wii, and PS3.Niode wrote:There's a bunch of features missing such as web browser
Does anyone think the 3DS browser will be as good as the one on iPhone or Android phone?
Re: Best 3DS launch games?
Oh of course. But it's just one of a number of promised features that wasn't delivered at launch. I wouldn't use anything but my Mac or my iPhone for browsing on the go. I was just listing features that are missing rather than things I'm actually looking forward to them implementing.gtmtnbiker wrote:I've come to the conclusion that one shouldn't bother trying to surf the web on a console or handheld.
