Basically, which 3DS launch games have left you the most impressed? Which would you actually recommend to other people? My 3DS is still in the mail, but I'd like to see what other people think.
Obviously I'll update with my own thoughts when I have a chance to play.

I thought Street Fighter was really the only game worth the price of admission, but I didn't buy one myself.

Sagat would have been disappointed in you for not buying one.Bradtemple87 wrote:I thought Street Fighter was really the only game worth the price of admission, but I didn't buy one myself.

Most people I know that bought one got Pilot Wings and/or Street Fighter. So if you have any friends that have one, buy something else so yall can trade when you get bored with the title you have.

I enjoyed what little of Ridge Racer I played. SF is a given.

Steel Diver's interesting, and I have two other games arriving today and tomorrow, so I'll give my opinion of the best when I've played all three.

I have Pilot Wings and Steel Diver and both are great titles.
Re: Best 3DS launch games?
I've heard good things about the Tom Clancy strategy title. Anybody else have that?
I've got Pilot Wings Resort. Sadly the game is pretty easy and I'm about half way through it, including most of the collectables from the island free flight.
I'm thinking of either picking up SSFIV3D or the Tom Clancy game.

Would love to hear more about Steel Diver. It's not out here yet, but I might pick it up when it is.

Re: Best 3DS launch games?
I got SSFIV and Ridge Racer on launch day and Tom Clancy Shadow Wars the next day.
I had no idea the Tom Clancy game was a turn based strategy game and had no intention of buying it. My friend knew I played the shit out of all the Advance Wars and asked me why I didn't get Shadow Wars. I told him because it was a crappy FPS and that he was dumb.
After being informed that I was the dumb one and that it was not a FPS I went and bought it immediately. It doesn't seem to quite have the depth or charm that the Advance Wars series has but it is still a good game. If you like turn based strategy games then I don't think you would be dissapointed.
I think Ridge Racer is my favorite of the three but that is just because I love me some Ridge Racer. I think anyone would be happy with any of these three as long as they were fans of the genre.
