I've heard the chaos theory port is pretty badly botched.
Anyhow, I only have pilotwings now, I'd highly recommend it, but it's short and won't last you too long. It's certainly fun to replay missions though.
I might buy street fighter soon. I was hoping to get dead or alive soon, but it was delayed til May.

Re: 3DS First Impressions
Thanks for your review. It was just in time, as I'm going to be picking my up tomorrow morning. I'd like to clairfy one thing however.
"The 2GB SD card is exciting and I want to put some of the old school nintendo games on it, so, I can see them in 3D."
As far as I have read, the upcoming downloadable Nintendo classics (Link's Awakening, Mario Land, etc.) will not support 3D.

Nintendo will apparently be adding 3D to some virtual handheld titles. Nothing's been shown of it so far though.

Funny, after posting I went searching around for more info.alienjesus wrote:Nintendo will apparently be adding 3D to some virtual handheld titles. Nothing's been shown of it so far though.
"The system's web-browser won't work until Nintendo activates it, maybe in May. At that time, the company will also turn on its online shop, which will sell Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Gear, Turbo GrafX 16 games as well as classic Nintendo games that have 3D added to them."
I only found this so far, but it does seem that you guys are right! Pretty sweet. Now I'm going to spend sleepless nights wishing for a 3D version of Punch-Out!!...

This makes me hope there's an attachment that adds more buttons so we can play N64 games in 3D.HellHammer wrote:Funny, after posting I went searching around for more info.alienjesus wrote:Nintendo will apparently be adding 3D to some virtual handheld titles. I can't think of a game that used all the buttons, d-pad, and stick on the N64 controller. In theory it's doable.YoshiEgg25 wrote:This makes me hope there's an attachment that adds more buttons so we can play N64 games in 3D.HellHammer wrote:Funny, after posting I went searching around for more info.alienjesus wrote:Nintendo will apparently be adding 3D to some virtual handheld titles. I like it so far it's a nice piece of hardware. It has some cool features and I have had fun experimenting with the included AR cards and various different options. I'm still waiting for Pilotwings Resort to come in the mail.

Absolutely no interest today at the Best Buy store I was visiting for work. They had a bunch in stock and all the games.

Re: 3DS First Impressions
Yeah, but there were games that used the six face buttons, R, and Z. Though some were just redundant (Smash Bros. using all four C buttons as jump buttons), Rare's platformers (which are much more likely to be released for a handheld because Microsoft's not in the market) FPSs (I know Goldeneye and Rainbow Six used the C buttons to move) and some others did use them.AmishSamurai wrote:I can't think of a game that used all the buttons, d-pad, and stick on the N64 controller. Now that I think about it...make a 3D Smash Bros. happen, Nintendo!
