I have the full GBC US release list though. It's printed out sitting right next to me. 452 total. :)

alright the full GBC list is printed from NintendoAge's database. It's 452 US titles, and it's been deemed as accurate as you can get. HOWEVER, their DB is down right now, so I can't link it. And I don't have a saved copy, just my printed list right now.

THIS list however: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/gamesl ... _games.pdf seems to ONLY be the clear GBC carts, though I haven't checked it over extensively.

Okay, I tried to do a list of all black cartridge (+ Pokemon) Gameboy color games (the opposite of the topic, but still relevant IMO). I thought I'd go ahead and post my list, since it's not near as many as the clear carts.

Let me know if anyone has something to add or any mistakes (I'll edit this post).
Please note, this is an UNOFFICIAL list for my own purposes (mostly just US releases). I'll add or subtract entries as I see fit, but I'll try to insert explanations if needed.

I also thought that pokemon pinball was GBC only. Has my whole life been a lie?*

*by my whole life, I mean specifically those parts related to playing pokemon spin off titles on a classic game boy

beat me to it. Yellow was indeed a GB cart, though people oft get confused since it was a pack in with a model of GBC hardware.

Thanks for the info on Pokemon Yellow guys. I'm keeping it on the list anyways, but I referenced the difference in ( ).
When I play the game on a PS2 GB emulator, it plays it in color, and that port only plays GBC games in color, standard GB games are greyscale. It's the exception to the rule, I understand, but it stays on my list.
I also thought that pokemon pinball was GBC only. Has my whole life been a lie?*
Yep, it's a "DMG" game; works in my Gameboy pocket. :)
