Game Boy Color Exclusives?

Is there a list somewhere of all the GBC games that can't be played on a standard Game Boy?

actually, I think I do have a SIMILAR list sitting on my harddrive. It won't be 100% but it will pretty good. I'll check tonight for you Racket.

I am glad that such a distinction might be provided by the site. Racketboy.com is used as a resource by tens of thousands of people and it would be cool to set the record straight for the masses that the GBC really was an entirely different creature from the original GB.

From what I understand, the rule of thumb is that the clear carts are GBC only, and the black carts are GB/GBC. I only have my GBC now so I can't confirm this for you.

that is correct. But he wants a list of which were clear.

Anyway I think I do have a list (at least for US releases) and will check when i get home.

And thank you Flake, GBC IS NOT THE SAME THING as GB. Some GB carts are backwards compatible, but the hardware is different in the two.

There is only what, 500 titles. That shouldnt be too hard to go through if you got a group of people.

there's over 600 GBC titles. Barely. But don't start sifting until I get home tonight. Like I said, I think I have a list saved already bro's.
