Of course I know it was released on the NES, I simply meant that I got the cart first during the SNES's popularity peak and was playing through some of the best SNES games that had come out which is why I never gave it a fair chance. I've decided to play through some great NES games I never played much before so I finally picked up another copy.

Back on topic, I'm now playing through Zelda II. I forgot how frustrating the red bubble passage is to get through. Can't wait to fight the giant puffball-thingy again. This being a kid-safe forum I won't repeat what I yelled the first time it came after me.

I am playing Phantasy Star 3: Generations of Doom. I am not impressed with it so far.

A little spoiled, were we?

Well.. when you're 10 years old, get SNES 3 years after launch and you only have 3 games - yeah it sucks. That and gameboy were the only two systems my parents ever bought for me.

I just got to the 2nd disc of Skies of Arcadia and I am pumped to keep playing especially now that I have the ship upgrade that will let me fly above the clouds and avoid the ridiculous amount of random battles.

Playing Dragon Age 2. In my fifth year/part 2, have a female rogue, using the smartass dialogue tree almost exclusively (In my opinion, Mass Effect would be infinitely better if there were three ways to go- Paragon, Renegade, and Smartass. Instead of the scars receding or growing larger in 2, Shep just gets a constant shit-eating grin). My main team right now is Varric, Isabella, and Fenris. I used to have Bethany instead of Fenris, but I seem to have become an only child ;-;. I don't like the other two mages enough to use them honestly.

They seriously messed that game up. 2 and 4 were so good (haven't played the first one), but man. 3 is just awful.

I just started Final Fantasy on iPod and I love it. You can change the language to Japanese complete with Kanji and the graphics look great but still retain 2D charm. I chose it on iPod over PSP because my wife never notices when I'm on my iPod when we have to watch Greek so I can get some good grinding out of the way while its on.

Pokemon Platinum. Didn't like it at first but it's pretty fun. Least favorite gen IMO. (not including black/white, haven't played them)
