What are you listening to at the present? (genres helpful)

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Theme of Dr. Doom from Marvel vs Capcom 3

This track alone makes up for ALL of Marvel vs Capcom 2...

I might have posted maybe a response containing something electronic.. Truth is, I'm an electro-junkie and rock metalhead..
Which brings me to my following suggestion:

Anybody ever hear of Sky Eats Airplane? Awesome 8-bit samples mixed with killer guitar-shredding, not unlike Horse the Band or Genghis Tron..!
(may be a bit too screamo or growly for some..)

Yea sky eats airplane was on a show a couple years ago that I went to to see some different bands. They were ok, but their live set wasn't anything that special. HORSE the band puts on a fantastic live set though.

Awesome to know! I love hearing about bands' live acts I have yet to see!
For me, though, some bands are strictly CD/iPod only, you know?
I love Linkin Park, but their live show sucks so hard... I saw them for 8 bucks at a small joint in Philly before 'One Step Closer' hit the radio and thought they were ok.. 3 years later I caught them on the main stage of OzzFest and they literally put me to sleep.. Chester has a great voice, but for some reason he can't hit the notes and it feels like Shinoda carries him.. But I love the hell out of their first 3 studio albums.. (no idea what they did with 'A Thousand Suns' - pure rubbish!)
