The Mark III with the FM Sound Unit and Telecon Pack. But for playing Western SMS games my top choice goes to the SMS Kiosk with it's 16 cartridge slots, 4 controller ports, front game selection switches, and how it's designed to have a tv sit on top of it. The thing was awesome because it wasn't just an empty shell. It's actually some awesome Sega hardware and easily my most desired piece of hardware.

First time I've ever heard of an SMS Kiosk!
Must be ultra rare, eh?
Probably weighs a fair bit as well. Looks a sturdy beast.

I've never seen one with my own eyes, and have never seen one being sold anywhere on Craigslist or Ebay or anything of the sort. They were used as in-store displays but considering the SMS didn't fair that well here in the U.S. and the kiosk was probably pretty expensive to manufacture I doubt there were very many. I don't know if there were any made for the regions where the SMS fared better like Europe.
