Geeky Tourist Stops/Stores in Boston

Going to Boston for PAX East and spending a couple extra days in the city just for sight-seeing. Does anyone have any ideas of good places and geeks like us would like to check out that might be overlooked by most tourists?

We aren't driving, so everything needs to be either walking distance or easily-accessible with public transit.

I don't live in Boston, but from the times I've been there I've found the easiest time getting around using the Boston "T" Transit system:

You want to go to Tokyo Kid in Cambridge.

If you can tolerate all of the Harvard students, Cambridge is a pretty cool place. There are lots of really fun shops, and I suspect that you will have a really good time when you visit.

Thanks! How good is Sudden Impact? I saw a video tour and it didn't look overly exciting. I would stop in regardless if it was closer to everything, but its a bit out of the way...
