Ubisoft keeps banning it in America due to copyright infringement, but the video hosted on Eurogamer is currently working fine. There's no way the states will see a release though. They'll let games pass where you burn people alive before the eyes of their children and are rewarded for committing acts of terrorism before they let a game pass that's too sexual.
