Not sure if everyone has seen this yet. Ben Heck makes a CDX more portable that it normally is by adding a built-in screen and controller
The big fault i see is him removing the cart slot. So, now it only plays sega cd games.
In my opinion, it seems like he bought a relatively rare devices, took it apart, removed a key function to it, and enjoys poking fun at the fact that in now only plays sub-par FMV games.

He probably could have done some workarounds with a genesis and sega cd if he wanted a portable device that exclusively played the latter if he wanted that.
