Those are definitely ghosts. However, they can only be viewed properly through image enhancement:

Ghosts ARE real and the brain has nothing to do with who we REALLY are. My family has personal experience with ghosts and I find the notion that life ends with death to be absolutely ridiculous quite honestly and I'm not even a religious person. So my opinion has nothing to do with that.

However, I am skeptical about a lot of those ghost shows that have become so popular on tv and I don't really have an opinion on those pics
