A) I wasn't saying that's what I believed. I was just saying that, typically, the responce is Turbo. Most people seem to prefer Turbo over the other iterations. Personally, I never cared for SF2 enough to like any of the iterations over another, although I do know that "World Warrior" plays so damn slow that I can't even possibly get into it.
B) A game being faster does not at all make the game suddenly favor impulsive actions and button-mashing. You can still have strategy involved - hell, you damn well better have a strategy if you hope to get anywhere, whether you're playing Turbo, Versus Series, Guilty Gear or anything else. Button-mashing and impulsive actions just lead to an early death, regardless of the game being played.
