Super Mario Bros & Paper Mario.

In the latest edition of Iwata Asks, there's this blurb about Miyamoto working on Super Mario Bros for the 3DS:

Yes. So, in the interests of adopting new technology for the Super Mario Bros. tradition, I am now making a new Super Mario Bros. game for the Nintendo 3DS system.

I hope they eventually port the new Kid Icarus game to the Wii kind of like how they did for NSMB. The Wii needs a game like that on its system.

Announced games- Paper Mario, Professor Layton, Professor Layton vs Ace Attorney, Kid Icarus, Ocarina of Time Remake, Mega Man Legends 3, Mario Kart 3DS, MGS3 remake, the upcoming Persona title (hopefully a new one, but I guess I'd be fine with a remake too), Steel Diver.

I'm really hoping the game doesn't suck to high heaven like RE5 cause once the hype dies down and I get a 3DS I was really planning on that being one of my first games.
