Does anyone use this anymore for double dash or air ride or crimson skies? I can't find anyone...

Double Dash is awfully slow unless you have low ping (<50ms) between you and the other GameCube, so not many people play. I'll try it out with you, if you'd like. You might also check out http://gamecube.onlineconsoles.com/. They have a player DB that you might be able to connect with another interested party at.OogaHoogaBooga wrote:Does anyone use this anymore for double dash or air ride or crimson skies? About as easily as somebody hacking your pc through port 80. (which is next to impossible)
Xlink Kai is only as good as the people playing it. Theres no way of matchmaking on it as you have no voice chat options unless you're using an xbox (and even then it's a bit finicky). You'll find that the only people playing it are playing the big online games like Halo/PGR/Forza etc. Any older games you'll be lucky to find like 5 or so people playing at all. Getting a good ping is a different story.
