So, I should get a Gameshark then? What kind of Gameshark do you have, fastbilly1?

It seems like the GBC Gameshark can be connected to a computer according to this very expensive Ebay auction, but I don't think it's going to matter much.

Concerning Missigno, yeah, I was going to do it that way so as to copy all the needed MT but this is much faster.

I couldnt find any code to unlock all of the pokemon, sorry. My gameshark is the grey one with the button on the top (2.1 I think). Id suggest one of the clear colored ones. I wanted one back in the day, just never got around to buying one.

Due to the way the games store pokemon data, there is no single code that will just give you them all. In order to add a pokemon to your savegame you need to encounter one at which point the game does a lookup of the pokemon's number and then loads up the name, picture, stats for it's level and which attacks it starts with at that level. The other way to add one is to do a trade. It's a long process to gather every single one even using a cheat device.

I hear the PC connectivity of the Gameshark 3.1 and later lets you save a game and transfer it to a PC (some sorta save-state). You should be able to use that to download an already finished or cheated game and put it on the cart.

If all you want is x99 of each TM or Rare Candies, just use the Missingno glitch.
All it messes up is the Hall of Fame data, which is a small price to pay.

For the dedicated. Mind, the hardware Gamershark option, from what I recall, consists of changing the code for every Pokemon, which is nearly as tedious as the method detailed
in the link above. The only blanket code I've encountered, is the one to have the Pokedex list all Pokemon as seen. Although, it's been an eon since I've had the hardware.
