I was lucky to find a mint in box silver Micro earlier this month for about $30. I guess you just need to keep looking.

Hard to say, since the original launch price in 2005 was USD $99!

I did look at Yahoo!Japan auction (no ebay for Japan!)

Can't say if Japanese are having it much easier, considering USD $1 is now roughly about 80 Japanese Yen (vs >100 Yen in the early 2000's!)

I always thought that it was too small to play confortably in it. I guess that it's perfect to carry in your pocket but since I always carry my handbag I can put my consoles there confortably.

It took some getting used to, but I remember playing castlevania on mine all the time.

I love the Micro but the L+R buttons are still somewhat iffy for me. You have to do this silly claw pose on both hands that can get quite painful on long stretches of playtime.

...but I have a feeling I might get used to that in time. The Micro just looks so sexy!

A record store in Central Dublin found a box of GBA Micros somewhere in their back room and decided to sell them off for twenty five quid each, boxed, new and shiny. Mind, it would've been a chance to rejoice hadn't the local retro gaming scene (if you can call it that) gotten wind of this, promptly snapping up about five each. If you lick this post, it'll taste of the bitterest fucking lemon.

I bought mine a couple years back for £20 on Ebay. Boxed too! It gives me cramp after a little while playing and as previously mentioned, you do have to use the claw pose. Might be because I have quite big hands though. I'd happily swap mine for a GBA SP, remember having the Minish Cap Gold Limited Edition one, and stupidly selling it. Might chuck the Micro on Ebay then, it's green but just so. damn. sexy.
