It should be. That preorder is essentially a contract. If they don't take it, they're reneging on that contract.

Yerp. At the time, there was no way as console could produce graphics as good as a PC

Agreed, however, I've reached the point that anything above the 360 or PS3's graphical level is excessive

This is a game that I really want to get on release day but I'm gonna wait for a decent amount of reviews first.
