1/15 Dynamite Cop (DC)
Yeah I know it is a lame start, but a buddy and I started playing Die Hard Arcade for the Saturn and it reminded him of Dynamite Cop (It is the sequel to Die Hard Arcade, in Japan it is called Dynamite Cop Deka or something). Anyway we started playing Dynamite Cop and next thing we knew, we had beaten the game! More to come hopefully.

Call of Duty 4: Modern warfare (Ps3)
Soul Calibur 3 (Ps2)
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (Snes)
Warioware, Inc. (Gba)
Half Life 2: Episode 1 (Ps3)
Half Life 2: Episode 2 (Ps3)
Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins (Gb)
Total: 7
I really enjoy SML1 so I figured I might as well play the sequel. Its Just like any other Mario game, kinda reminded me of SMW because of the layout of the levels on a world map and the overall look/style. It was pretty easy, but Wario's castle at the end was by far a difficulty change for the worst. I died about 20 times before I even made it to Wario. To get in Wario's castle, you have to get each golden coin from the 6 different worlds. If you get a game over, you lose all the golden coins you've collected. Plus there's no halfway points in Wario's castle. That pissed me off. Not a bad game, but I'm glad it's over. I recommend the first one only.
Currently working on numerous games from n64 to gen to gc so who knows whats next.

Go play the real Super Mario Bros 2 (AKA Lost Levels) and tell me that Wario's castle is hard! SML2 is a cakewalk.

Ive beat lost levels on my snes about two years ago. I agree, Wario's castle is a walk in the park in comparison.

1. 01/11 - Rez - [PS2]
2. 01/12 - TMNT: The Arcade Game - [NES]
3. 01/14 - TMNT: The Manhattan Project - [NES]
4. 01/18 - Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood - [PS3]
I've enjoyed the Assassin's Creed series, often in spite know the limitations of the games. Brotherhood is vastly improved. When AC had the same 3 things to do over and over, and AC2 increased in 9 things over and over, Brotherhood has a much greater and more satisfying variety. Plus I love game with historical settings. I'm pretty sure I'm only person in the world who never got tired of World War II games. And if it's a unique setting such as the Assassin's Creed game, then I'm into it.

I'm currently playing through brotherhood and loving it so far. The bits with Desmond just reminded me of Uncharted so much, thanks to Nolan North voicing the character. The graphics seem to have improved a lot as well as the architecture having much more variety to it now. I remember in the first one just gasping at how gorgeous the world was to look at. Didn't do that in AC2 as the environments were very samey. In Brotherhood there has been several times where I have just stopped and looked around and I'm only about 15% complete.
I'm also glad that Danny Wallace's character has more screen-time, I love his dry British sarcasm. He's pretty much Danny Wallace in computer form, he even looks like him (plus it doesn't hurt that I'm a big fan of his books and his TV programmes).

I've yet to play Brotherhood, (though I will) but I obsessed over AC2 for some time. That character is one that I love to hate and hate to love. He's such an insufferable grouch.

played this a few years ago, and i remember that the last stage is way harder than the rest of the game. i don't remember that thing about having to get the golden coins again every time, but i guess it must've been b/c i never got a game over. there are plenty of 1ups in the game, though, right? but what i really don't understand is how anyone could prefer SML1 over SML2. in any case, i'm looking forward to replaying SML2 at some point.
