That is a good question, Ive never understood it myself. Just watch the man, he is insane. Groucho Marx described himself as a pan of oil cooking popcorn kernels, occasionally a joke would pop out. Robin Williams is a pot of oil that someone just dropped a frozen turkey into and burned their house down. I know a gaffer who was rigging up chinaballs for a shoot and Robin watched him do it for a couple days then stopped production to go on a 45 minute rant about chinaballs. Anyone who can do that has no reason to steal.Gamerforlife wrote:Just out of curiousity, where did all those internet rumors about him being a joke stealer come from? I have heard people lump him in with guys like Dane Cook, Carlos Mencia and Dennis Leary as guys who have supposedly riped off other comics

He's been known to have ripped off Bill Hicks, who I am a big fan of. RIPbrainofjtd wrote:Considering he's been around 40 or more years, I don't know who he is ripping off. His recent material is certainly GENERIC, but it doesn't sound stolen.
Also, who said Leary is a thief? Never heard that one.
Here's a wiki article that covers it:

That was exactly what I was thinking... which Cody was his son named after?brainofjtd wrote:The Zelda thing I love but seriously Mr. Williams... Cody? If as in Cody, Guy, and Haggar... you need to represent on that! Show your true cred to gamers all over!
