It's a model 2. I'm actually glad for that, since that means fewer moving parts to wear out or break.

Awesome man, what games do you plan to pick up for the Sega CD?

I already had copies of Sonic CD and Silpheed lying around. Probably the first thing I'm going to sit down and play on it is Sonic Megamix.

After that, I'm going to peruse Underground Gamer to find out what else I like! Whatever I like, I'll buy, if I can get a good price. There are a few shops near me that have some Sega CD games.
