DC peripherals on a PS2?

Post by Mikity »

Hi there :)

I own a Dreamcast arcade stick and would love to be able to use it with my PS2... I've found a bunch of info here (and on Google) about using PS2 peripherals on a DC (there are adapters available), but nothing the other way round - using Dreamcast peripherals with other consoles.

Does anyone know more?

Thanks in advance!

I was wondering the same about using GameCube stuff on PS2.

Seems like PS2 was converted to EVERYTHING, but it's harder to find stuff converted to PS2.

PSX kept the same controller plug all these years offering a wide range of controllers. The reason why there are PSX adaptors available to work on other systems. Unfortunately the reverse does not apply, maybe there is one out there somewhere? You can always mod your Dreamcast Arcade stick to a gutted PSX controller. Then in an ironic move, get a PSX adaptor so the Dreamcast Arcade stick can still work on the DC as well as other systems.
