Awesome to hear.. That's what I use, too, so I'm going to try this first thing tomorrow! Again, thanks for the help GSZ!GSZX1337 wrote:I used Virtual Clone Drive and was able to play Saturn games fine.Rurouni_Fencer wrote:Thanks for the heads up, GSZ - was pressed for time, so I only quickly glanced at this before diagnosing the problem!GSZX1337 wrote:A quick Google Search brought up this:

So far, my discs work fine, but I'm wondering if ISOs will work being read from my virtual drive..

You need to go to MS's direct X site and do an update. They always update the current version of DX and just have minor foot notes about it. I've had that same error and updating fixed it for me. Give it a whirl~Rurouni_Fencer wrote:anybody else getting a "missing d3dx9_43.dll file" error after trying to run the program? Am I missing something?

I also had the .dll error and updating Direct X solved the problem.

Yup, updating my X software fixed it all up! Only tried my Fighting Vipers disc so far, but I'm going to try burning some of my backups and see if they play out as well! Thanks again for all the help!

You can get the d3dx9_43.dll file from the above link.
this is the source which is best for solving this sort of dll related issues.
Click the Link on this page and it will fix your problem.
You just fixed a 6 month old issue that was already fixed the proper way, by properly updating DirectX from microsoft......
actually your solution isn't even a valid link I don't think....spam?
