I think they are going to make the argument that since you made the mistake(something you have now agreed with them on)that the buyer would of made you pay to ship it back and thus that's why you have to pay shipping to get it back from them. Look at it this way, what if you did ship a game that wouldn't load or work and you wanted it back, you'd probably have to pay to get it back. Why would the buyer have to lose out on more money because you shipped them something that didn't work? You have to look at it from their perspective. In their "judgement" the game was unplayable. I think that's where they were going with the hypothetical, I don't think they have any intentions on making an exception at this point.
