Keep in mind pressed media such as commercial DVDs have grooves on the layer where the data is stored. Burnable media lack this and as such, are very susceptible to disk rot.

Not to say pressed media can't get disk rot (aluminium data layer is getting oxidized), but will only happen if there is a defect in the layers of the disk itself.

Yeah, by loose I mean the disc only
and I got it from some one, they are clear plastic wallets/sleeves(not cases,, sorry for confusion), and nothing is written on them

I got them from some one so I dunno if they got vinyl or pvc

You think I should buy the regular black cases for them?
or cd books
