Sonic SatAM, I really enjoyed. I think it's the only Sonic series close to decent, but have to agree, the comics it was based on were'nt great. I wasn't fond of all the characters.

The saturday morning cartoon was the best sonic show. I wasn't a fan of the fantasy sort of vibe going on but the sci-fi side of it was cool. If they had done away with some of the lamer characters and gone with more of a Sonic/Tails/Knuckles combo it could've been better.

The comic series was on and off but had the same weird fantasy thing going on. It felt like there were a lot of conflicting ideas on where to go with it. Some wanted it to be more like the games and some had been watching too much lord of the rings and furry porn.

That pretty much sums up the problem with Sonic in general, cartoon or no.

That was for PC, right? I'm certain I have a Windows '95 copy somewhere.
