Is there a Super Mario All Stars Wii shortage?

Post by Jamisonia »

I see a lot of people on the DC craigslist selling this game for $65 and up claiming its extremely hard to find.

If there is a shortage Nintendo will publish more. Don't pay $65 for a $30 game (or however much it is).

Edit: They could just be price gouging on what will probably be a sought after title for the holiday buying season.

Well, fwiw I just looked on amazon ad the LE version and refreshing a few times 10 seconds apart the inventory does seem to be moving along.

Yes that is price gouging! they want to go after the ignorant people that dont want to go to the store or the people that are too busy to look for it.

it happens every year, and there are always dumb folks that drop down the dough for those overpriced things.

we know better and we will not fall for that!

As I said in two other threads... I bought a pre-order from Amazon and haven't gotten it yet. Says estimated delivery date is December 20th - 23rd. Says it hasn't shipped yet, which means they don't have a copy to ship me. I bought it for $30. A week ago I noticed it was $52 on Amazon, then a few days ago it was $48.

Right now it's $50 and says only 1 left in stock. If there's some in stock, then why hasn't my copy shipped yet? Because they prioritize the copies that are selling for more than what I paid for it? BULL SHIT! I think I might email them and ask why it hasn't shipped yet. Or maybe I'll just wait for the estimated delivery date to pass first.

Instead of Mario, you should give the real gift everyone wants: Altered Beast. :)

Still not seeing a reason to buy this when it's identical to the SNES version...
