i figured you guys would be interested in this. friend of a friend's new business venture. i'm sure you're all familiar with those craft bead things you heat up and meld together to make some type of craft. this guy has taken it to an amazing level and is making magnets and things out of those based off of various game sprites. earthbound, final fantasy, chrono trigger, mario, etc. very cool.

I remember seeing something like these at insert credit. I was going to make one of Sonic from the SMS/GG games but the nearest Hobby Lobby is an hour away.
My fiancee suggested we did this the other day. I think we're going to be getting a bucket of beads and make our own sprite based coaster things. She used have a mario one when she was a child that she made.
