Got C64 Orchestra new for $28 shipped today. I knew what the music was, but I didn't realize it was such a big fancy package until it arrived.

I added a new system to my collection, an Apple Pippin. It cost me $150 and I will post some pics once it arrives.

There seem to be a ton of members here in the Indiana area. Perhaps a trip into Indianapolis for a retro game store crawl is in order? Disc Replays anyone?
By the way, I left off a few games of my previous pickups. Here's the complete list (again for just under $33):
Illusion of Gaia SNES - boxed with inlay tray, no manual or dust cover
Super R-Type SNES - cart
Gradius III SNES - cart
Alien Syndrome NES - cart/sleeve
World Class Track Meet NES - cart
To The Earth NES - cart
Bases Loaded NES - cart
Willow NES - cart
Tiger Heli NES - cart

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
yep I got some more stuff today!
before I went to work, I went to my local fleamarket and I got some games!
Alundra PS1 - $5.00
Ehergeiz JP PS1 - $5.00
Sega Saturn JP Controller $3.00
Once I got out of work, I went to my local Toys R' Us and took advantage of their special sale of 'buy one get one 40% off' and I bought:
Dragon Quest Swords Wii
Samba De Amigo Wii
Spyborgs Wii
Overlord Dark Legend Wii
I took my time going thru all the games and scanned the ones that seemed good to me, (I dont care for casual games) and they were all $5.00 each. But because of the special sale, two of them went down to $3.00!
I paid more or less about $17.00!

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
there are some really cool shops here. if you wanna make a trip out of it and we can make it a mini-racketboy meetup and go find-hunting. disc replay is hit-or-miss but sometimes you'll find some awesome stuff marked at like .99 or something. the real draw is mcvan's in broad ripple, such an AWESOME amount of stuff and decent prices, but the real draw is the amount of trade in credit they give for retro stuff.coastercrazy10 wrote:There seem to be a ton of members here in the Indiana area.
