There aren't too many GBA games to import that never came out but here's two you might want to check out:
Asterix & Obelix XXL - this one you'll need to import form Europe as I do believe it was only released in France and a few other PAL countries.
The game is a 3D action platformer at almost PS1 quality, all on a system that can't do 3D whatsoever. Opinions are mixed, but it by far the most technically impressive game on the system.
Gyakuten Saiban - If you're a fan of the DS series, it's worth looking back to the original GBA title. Sure, it'll be completely in Japanese and the same as the first DS game, but it's amazing how many people don't realize the series began on the GBA.

I just started playing Soma Bringer on the DS. Holy crap, this game is awesome. I think the only reason why this game has not been released in North America must be the work of evil sorcerers. The hand of Satan must be on the Nintendo company to not allow them to release this game domestically. We need to gather as many wizards and priests as possible to release Nintendo from the spell of their bad decision making.
