Is Dark Void Zero for PC worth it?

I've read good things about the DSiWare version, but I don't know how well the game translates to PC. Should I buy it?

If its the one with XBLA achievements and its less then $10 then I say yes otherwise I say no.

Yeah, the DRM is unnecessary, but the game is a good throwback to the days of NES. It's hella hard though, even if you're good at this kind of game, so be ready for that. The PC version plays just fine.

The PC version was great, and it was hard as hell. There's actually a version for the iPhone that has built in cheats that help make the game more manageable.

Make sure you have a controller if you're going to get the PC version. I can't imagine this game handling well using a keyboard.

Thanks, guys. I do have a decent controller to play it, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I guess I'll wait for the Black Friday sales on Steam to see if it gets even cheaper. If it didn't have the stupid DRM, I might've considered buying it right away.
