Both of them together for $20 is a solid deal.

Unless I misunderstood and you meant $20 each. If that's the case, it's not that great of a deal.

Don't have either of those games in my store, but I second everybody else on what they say. $20 total or a little less is what I would charge if I had those games in stock unless they had their cases then it probably wouldn't go over $30. I hate it when I find those games for sale somewhere else and they put those kind of prices on them. It's like charging $60 for FFVII now when it's usually $40 or less online.
