When I boot it up on my Saturn (PAL) via the Action Replay 4 cart, it boots up ok, the Sega logo comes up and then a loading screen displays, but once it finishes loading, some text displays on the screen in Japanese (I'm going to assume it's some kind of error message, but I'm not certain), and then then the system justs goes back to the boot screen.
At first, I thought it might be a problem caused by the fact I have not yet switched my PAL console to run NTSC games properly, as the Saturns here only output at 50hz. However, I tried it on my laptop using SSF, and it doesn't even get pass the Sega logo. It just comes up with an SSF error message, before the emulator closes itself down.
So, I'm guessing this is a problem with the disc? I guess that seems obvious now, but just wanted your opinions. The weird thing is, I've looked at the disc and it seems to be absolutely perfect. I can't see any marks, dust or scratches at all. Meh, I don't know if I can even be bothered taking it up with the Ebay seller. I'm so busy these days, and it didn't cost me much. Grr just annoying.
