XBLA Download Issues

As many of you know, a while back, Fable 2 was available as a free download on Xbox Live. I was away from my 360 at the time, so I used Xbox.com to add the game to my 360 download queue. When I came back to my 360, the offer had expired, but the game was still in my download list, so I started downloading it. Everything was going fine until the 99% mark, where the download froze. There was nothing I could do, so I shut off the console, then tried again a day or two later, and when I checked the download queue, Fable 2 was back at about 31%! I let it go through downloading again, and, like before, it got stuck at 99%. Is there anything I can do to get this to download correctly, or am I too late to do so?

Check to see if it's in your download history. If it is, then delete the local content from your hard drive and try and download it again from your download history. If it's not in your download history then you may be SOL. Sorry. Contact MS Customer support?
