The premiere was pretty great all around, although they need to stick to a one hour format. What puzzles me is the opening credits. If you're at all familiar with the story line, you know not to get attached to anyone, and I don't know how some of the "stars" of the show will last it through the first few episodes.

I actually got to see them filming some of the show on Peachtree ST. I think most of the show is being filmed in north Georgia though.

Does the comic stay in georgia or are they expected to leave eventually? I think they've already filmed all the ordered episodes so far. If they're doing more filming maybe I can get a gig as a zombie......

The comic goes all over the place, but I know amc is holding a contest for walk on zombie roles.

I couldn't help but think of the Stand the entire time I watched the pilot. Anyone else get that?

This episode wasn't very good at all IMO. I'm pretty disappointed...

I liked it. Bunch of new characters, and a lot more action. That little "scout dude" as I like to call him was pretty cool
